First, contact a local funeral home to inform them that a death has occurred and make arrangements to have them take your loved one into their care. Second, contact Eternal Resorts at 844-717-8591 and provide us with the information of the funeral home you have selected. Our professionals will connect with the chosen funeral home and will start the coordination process of transporting your loved one to the chosen Eternal Resorts destination, after local services have been completed.

For international transportation, Eternal Resorts will work with your chosen funeral home to coordinate all transportation logistics. Once the necessary paperwork is complete and validated, Eternal Resorts will be your personal concierge for the safe transport of the remains to the property you selected. If the loss occurs near one of our U.S. locations, please contact the location directly to arrange pick-up.

Eternal Resorts destinations offer myriad burial and entombment options, including traditional cemetery burial, mausoleum crypts, cremation memorial options (columbaria niches) and more.

While each location is different, most of our locations have full-service funeral homes and crematoriums on site. In the event one does not, we have built long-standing relationships with local partners to provide all-inclusive services and a seamless experience to the distinguished families we serve.
